I had a lovely stay in Alex and in this apartment. The place was very clean and modern, and a good and convenient location (though i would probably stay downtown next time, just a personal preference). The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the sea, and it's mostly quiet, (except currently for the morning construction on the building in front of the apartment which isn't that bad but might disturb you if you're a light sleeper like me.) The apartment is well equipped with anything you might need, and Mohamed the property manager is very nice, communicative, and accommodating with any requests you have, he even was flexible with a late check out. Overall it was a pleasure to stay here and I would definitely stay again or at one of their other properties because it's always best to deal with nice people!
